Services are provided in a five-county area of East Texas (Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt and Henderson). Services are available to residents of a five -county area of East Texas without regard to race, national origin, sex, age, religion or disability. Andrews Center services are provided to persons who qualify based on an evaluation of mental health or mental retardation needs. Persons with a major mental illness (major depression, schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder) or with mental retardation will not be refused a service based on ability to pay. Family size, family income, diagnosis, and other support will be evaluated in establishing your ability to pay.

Fee Structure Details:
The Center shall establish a basic fee schedule for all billable services based upon the cost of each service and the market's usual and customary charge for the same. The Rule provides a sliding scale for determining an individual's ability to pay for Center services. The Rule also provides for
billing of third party payors. Each person or parent/guardian is required to apply for income-based public insurance if they qualify.
