The ADRC of Tarrant County is a collaborative group of 30+ exisitng Tarrant County human service agencies who are working together to better serve individuals in Tarrant County. We help callers/walk-ins in manuevering through the maze of social service agencies & services. Our goal is to link the individual to the needed service and to follow-up with them until they are connected.Our targeted consumers are individuals with disabilities, individuals who are aging and need information or services, and the caregivers and professionals who work with these individuals. Additionally, the ADRC has a large resource library of information on aging and disability issues - Books, Videos, DVD's, Pamplets, Skill-building Games, etc - available for loan to families and providers in the community. The center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
