Service Description:
Crisis Services: Crisis hotline services, mobile crisis response, crisis screening, hospital pre-admission screening. As appropriate, admission to an inpatient facility will be facilitated. Rehabilitative Skills Training: Individual and group services are available for skill training such as symptom management, vocational training, independent living skills training and family training. Intensive services such as Supported Housing, Supported Employment and Assertive Community Treatment Alternative are also available based upon need. Professional: Board Eligible and Board Certified Psychiatrists with nursing support provide medication management services. Psychotropic medications, new generation medications, medication training, and required lab work are also included. Licensed therapists provide counseling services to children/adolescents.Coordination: Case Management and support are available based upon need. This is provided to assist people in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational or other appropriate services such as Respite that will help them attain or maintain an acceptable quality of life.
