Daybreak is contracted by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide home and community-based services, Texas home living services, and Deaf-Blind/Multiple Disabilities services. Residential care includes: supported home living, foster care, supervised living, and residential service support. Health services include nursing, audiology, dietary, dental and adaptive aides. Other services include: day habilitation, supported employment, minor home modifications, and respite.
